I typically play bigger games and games that most people know if so when i saw this game while browsing I added it to my wishlist just so I would know when it would be released. It is not a bad game and I would reccommend it to anyone. It is similar to that of minesweeper where you have to find out where the sweetspot of the mine is and put a C4 there to destroy it. If you break it with your pickaxe then boom, you have to restart the level. I kind of wish the settings were more optimizeable. For instance I typically play in windowed mode for my recordings and youtube and this game did not have that settings. I know I have not played much and will probably update this review as I go on but I thought Id leave a positive review to help the game out. The price should probably be cheaper than it is since its not a huge logic game yet but I am someone who likes to purchase small games when they come out and get videos out on them as well. I have started a walkthrough for anyone that is interested or just want to see what the game looks like and how it works. https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=IQFD_g0Gl4Y. Unfortunately this game has a common bug in Unity games; It mistakes certain interface devices for GAMEPADS and refuses to let anything else control it. Which means we must disable devices in device manager (because unplugging won't do a thing.).. If you've played Minesweeper, than you'll know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, it was a free pre-installed game that came with most versions of Microsoft Windows. Some remember it as "A good way to kill time" and others remember it as "That game that caused me to smash my mouse when I was given a 50\/50 chance at guessing a bombs location, and got it wrong."Underground Keeper is basically Minesweeper, set in a 3D environment and played in the first person perspective.A rather novel idea to such an old game. You have a pick-axe and a limited set of C4 charges to destroy the hidden bombs. You have to deduce the bombs locations by the floating numbers adjacent to the rocks. Unlike Minesweeper, you do not have flags to pin potential risks. There are also some mild hazards, such as falling into pits or being struck by your own detonation charges.Visually the game looks really good and the music is mellow. The game play is very casual, which makes since based on what it was inspired by.The only drawback, in my opinion, is that the bombs locations do not randomize. This gives the game a little less replay value compared to the original Minesweeper.I recommend giving this game a try if you enjoy a relaxing gaming experience.. Just in case the description of this game leaves you with any doubt: this is first person minesweeper with clunky mechanics.. Pros:3d Minesweeper60 Maps (~8 hours to Complete)Native 21:9 Support (3440 & 2560)Challenging GameplayLevel SelectorPlayer LeaderboardsMellow SoundtrackPrice: Paid $1.74 but Currently on Sale for $0.99Cons:No AMD Crossfire SupportNeeds Optimization: Each level start out at 60fps but quickly dip to 30fps with R9 290x 8Gb. good game and all its 3d minesweepers and has random generation what else is there to say.. the only thing that im annoyed about is the achivements are not working anymore... the developer reached out on the same day as this review and fixed the problem good developer points there!. It's basically minesweeper in 3D. If you like that, then you can enjoy this game.. Underground KeeperIs a First-Person MinesweeperThe difference from the Original minesweeper and this is that you need to blow up a set amount of mines with a limited amount of C4.It doesn't bring anything new other than the view style and C4.The levels are broken up in 3 difficulties; Easy, Normal and Hard, essentially. You have to finish all 20 levels on Easy to unlock Normal, then 20 on Normal to unlock Hard with 60 levels in total. The levels are not Dificult by any stretch, it feels more like Tutorial, Beginner, Normal for me and I found the original Minesweeper annoyingly dificult. The game is very short and very monotone with no real soundtrack to speak of.As the levels take no more than a minute or two with no real big variation in the puzzles,I can't recommend this to you if you don't have a stady income, unless you really like Minesweeper and its on a disscount, et least 50% . . . and you have NOTHING better to do..
